The VocabGames name, design and original code are owned by us. Word definitions and some word lists are derived from open dictionary data under their respective licenses. You may play the games for personal, non-commercial use.

The games are provided for entertainment and learning. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site, and we do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
